     This issue has been resolved two weeks ago. So you should not get such an issue. Can you please tell us what error or message you are getting. Or if it is redirecting than where it is. Please try once again to download. If still getting problem than please provide us your login credentials to check. You can email us via the contact form. Please mention your registered email address and user id.

     By the way, did you try to download from here /themes ?

   The mobile view look nice, but for the desktop I prefer the more traditional look, in particular the tabs at the top, but also perhaps the tags and vote buttons.
   The dropdown menu is OK for mobile, but not for desktop. Can that be configured?

     Thanks for the feedback. It will help us to improve Lion Theme.

     Actually, idea behind the keeping same look for all screen is to give same user experience across the devices. However, we will take a note of your feedback and will see what we can improve based on it.

   Hello,
   I am interested in your Lion theme, although I found some issues with the demo versions,to name a few, the login button on the upper right doesn’t press and I found that we can’t search for specific user names, we’d have to look for it one by one. Also is it possible to add moderator levels and give permissions for a specific category of users without giving it to all users.

     Hello Dan,

     Thanks for showing interest in the Lion Theme. We have already sent you an email replying to all your queries. However, we are replying here so it can helps to other having the same query.

     First the login button on the upper right is not working in the demo versions.

     This is known/reported bug and we are working on the fix. This bug is only exists of iOS devices while working fine on android devices.

     Second, when looking for a specific user, I found that there is no option to search for the name of that specific user.

     The search functionality is Question2Answer core feature and you will be able to search within its boundary. User search functionality is not yet implemented in Q2A. We may built dedicated user search feature for our theme in future but it is not in our list yet.

     Third, is it possible to make different user levels (moderator, regular user type 1 , regular user type 2…..) in order to create permissions and restrict access of specific topics/tags to specific users.

     There are built in user roles provided by Question2Answer out of the box. You can set the user roles within the provided user roles such as Admin, Editor etc. Each role will have own restriction and permissions to access certain features and functionalities out of the box. Unfortunately, Limiting the topics/tags access by user role is not possible with the standard Question2Answer. However, we can help you to built it by custom development with additional cost.

     Also how customizable is lion theme, there are many plugins I am thinking of adding in addition to some features I plan to code.

     We are continuously working on Lion theme and we will keep adding more feature as we go. Currently, Lion theme has theme color customization option and in near future we will add some more feature.

     We send email update alert to every subscriber (active/inactive) on each update on their registered email address. So all active subscribers can update the theme to take advantage of new features.

       I am logged into my account and asked to add a card knowing that there is a card associated with the account
       I have to write data card does not change anything

       It is best to send you money from my account to your PayPal account directly

     The theme doesn’t support notification at the moment but it is on our roadmap. Just to clarify, we will implement web notification and not the mobile push notification.
