I believe your query is about the Elegant Responsive Theme and you have posted for Max Control theme. I have moved this ticket to the Elegant Responsive Theme. To change color scheme go to Admin > Plugin and find Q2AM Elegant Responsive Settings and click on Option link. There you will find theme specific settings.
Change Color Scheme
Select the Color Scheme from the drop down selection box.
Change Splash Screen Logo Image
Place your logo image into Elegant Responsive Theme color/images directory
Now set the image name with extension in Splash Screen Image File field
