List Layout bug in RTL

Question

If you select "List" in "Layout Type" in "Layout options", then on the "Question" page (here I mean the page that lists all the questions), the titles (e.g. "Recent questions") are displayed on the left in RTL. This is wrong, they should be displayed on the right.

The title on the all Questions List pages looks fine and start from right to left. You can see in the image below.
