How do I make the theme's 95% zoom rate appearence default (100% zoom rate)?

The theme I bought for satechhelp has it best appearence when set to 90/95% browser zoom rate as the orange site borders and curves are hidden at 100% zoom currently. Is there a way to make its current 95% zoom rate default (make it its 100%)

I am unable to reporduce the issue. Please have a look image below I took from my browser. Could you please provide some more details, on which part it is happening. Also if possible please post a screenshot.

I wish to have the appearance achieved at 95% browser zoom rate to be the default 100% browser zoom rate appearance of the site/theme :)

This is not the issue but may be due to your monitor resolution. If you are using screen size below than 1000px than it might be looks the way you have.

If that is not the case than please provide me details of your screen size. Without it will be hard to diagnose such issue which never happened before.
