Some massages are not displayed with Elegant Responsive

I'm using "Elegant Responsive" theme with "Front Page" plugin,
and "All new users must confirm their email" option is ON on my website.

Usually, this option displays the following text just after the registrations,

To complete your registration, please click the confirmation link that has been emailed to you, or request another.

however, my website doesn't show this message (I get a blank page instead) although it doesn't happen with other themes such as "Max Control", Snow, etc...
The same issue occurs when I turned "Take site down for temporary maintenance" option ON.

any ideas?

I have checked your website and found there is something wrong with the theme. Just to confirm, did you modify anything with the Elegant Responsive Theme?

I would sugesst you to first give it a try this.

  • Remove/Disable all plugins not bundled with the Theme (including Front Page)
  • Check if it is displaying message what you are having trouble.

    • If still not displaying than might be something need to be fixed in theme itself.
      But
    • If it is displaying than activate Front Page plugin and recheck if message displaying.
    • If it is displaying than check further plugin and find which causing the issue.

Please let me know the result so I can check further.

Thank you for your support.

Yes, I have modified a bit of the sourse code with the Elegant Responsive Theme and the Front Page Plugin in order to introduce web fonts and Google Adsense, but it was not related to this matter.

I have just created a temporarily website for debugging with the original files, without any additional plugins, and found a bug on Front Page Plugin.

It seems that when the "Hide Page Title" is ON, the massage is not displayed.

Do you have any ideas to show the massages hiding the page title?

I couldn't find why the problem didn't happen with the other themes, though...

Okay good. I will check and fix this issue and provide you update in couple of days.

Thanks. I hope you to fix it soon.

I have cross checked with the demo site and everything is working fine there, including Front Page plugin. I would suggest you to check with fresh installation (without any modification) and see what you are getting.

Since everything is fine in demo there must be something wrong in your modification or a plugin. Let me know what you are getting with fresh theme.

Okay I will check and send you the version you have purchased by email.

I am hiding the comment you reply with you ID just to make things secure.
