The advertisement is not included with the theme. You may use our Free plugin and try if it works for you. Simple Advert Plugin. It allows to display advert on various pages on Q2A.
In future if you have any product related issue please open new ticket so every ticket can be unique to the issue.
To turn off joy ride do following thing * Login as an admin * Go to Admin > Plugin * Open MaxControl options * In Link Heading and Other optoins section * Deselect Enable JoyRide checkbox
It will turn off joy ride (what you are looking for )
