Which is the correct install procedure for the Advanced Feature Questions plugin ?

I've unzipped the downloaded archive and copied the folder "q2am-featured-questions" under the "qa-plugin" folder.
I was expecting to be asked to do something on the admin panel, but I received this message when I access to the website as an anonymous user :

A Question2Answer database query failed when generating this page. A full description of the failure is available in the web server's error log file.

and I cannot see anymore the question list.

When I login as an admin I can see also this message :

You must delete install.php file from qa-plugin/q2am-featured-questions-page/

If I'm not wrong I've not found a README.md in the zip I've downloaded, is there another place where I can read the exact installation steps that I have to follow ?

in the error.log :

MySQL query error 1054: Unknown column 'featured' in 'field list' - Query: SELECT featured, postid FROM qa_posts WHERE postid=119 AND featured=1

This is because you must have to initialize the database before you start to using the pluign, including creating a page.

We always make a video tutorial for all our products to guide our customers how to install and use the plugin or theme. I would encourage you to go through two videos describes installation and usage process for the plugin.
