Terms of Support

Throughout this Agreement, the words “Q2A Market,” “I,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to our company, Q2A Market, and our website, Q2AMarket.com,  STORE.Q2AMARKET.COM, TV.Q2AMARKET.COM or our Service, Q2A Market, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words.

Q2A Market will provide Customer the support service for their specific purchase.  The support service includes but not limited to below areas.

Q2A Market provide support for
  • Product installation
  • Make it functional (according to the features list of the product) with the standard question2answer installation without any third party plugin (included q2a market and sso)
  • Fixing bug to support the standard question2answer installation
  • Options setup helps if the product has optional settings

 

Q2A Market does not provide support for
  • Any custom modification in our product
  • Compatibility with any third party script (including q2a market and so)
  • The additional functionality of the standard question2answer version supported by the product
  • No support for local development environment setup

 

Q2A Market is not giving you any guarantee to provide you support for any custom modification, third party script compatibility, and support or Question2Answer future version support for the existing Q2A Maret product.

Any support request should be submitted from the Support Ticket section. Any support request submitted by direct email or through a product review section will be ignored.
